Review architectural plans and specifications to accurately prepare stone benchtop quotations for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare and issue detailed quotations to clients via email and phone.
Proactively follow up on quotations to answer client enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
Assist showroom customers by understanding their project requirements, guiding them through stone selection, and providing accurate quotations.
Maintain accurate records of all quotations, customer interactions, and project details within the company system.
Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the quoting and project process.
Perform any other duties reasonably requested by management that are consistent with the responsibilities of an Estimator and in line with industry standards.
